• Designing, managing and costing new collections and custom fixtures including prototyping, 3D modeling, print set development, vendor communication, and fabrication/assembly support. Projects including (Graceland Cemetery Lantern, LDS Churches, Wegman’s)

-Assessed and tested Apriori costing system for different parts and different design processes
-Developed a SOLIDWORKS/ SOLIDWORKS PDM and ARENA training material
-Helped in onboarding new mechanical engineers
-Created a rigorous testing plan of over 150 tasks for a new PLM system 'Windchill'
-Worked with another consulting engineering firm to configure Windchill to meet our business needs and work with our current CAD system 'SOLIDWORKS'
-Was part of the data migration efforts. Helped migrate hundreds of thousands of parts from Arena and SW PDM to Arena
-Have been involved in training more than 200 engineers using the new Windchill PDM/PLM
-Helped the engineers with all Windchill post launch issues

• -Owned the complete 2D drawing package for the bike product line ( the bike and bike plus), implemented GD&T per ISO 1011 standard
  - Managed and improved the assembly structure per manufacturing and assembly requirements (DFM and DFA)
  -Performed CAD change either from DFM feedback or Solidworks best practices for part modeling
  -Performed several FEA studies for the bike and tread product lines and improved overall structural integrity of the products using SOLIDWORKS Simulation
  -Created and managed PDM-based Toolbox for standardization of commonly used off the shelf hardware used across different products
  -Created and managed PDM-based Routing system for harness design, setup PDM-based library for all electrical components, and set up drawing templates and BOM structure for Routing components
  -Worked on CAD and BOM management for Accessories, including hand weights, yoga mats, and cleats

• Design and integrate electrical and mechanical systems in all types of buses (Mini Bus, City Buses, and Coaches)
• Designing and modifying the structural and mechanical parts needed to hold systems like electric harnesses, Interior and exterior lights, HVAC piping , A/V systems in all types of buses (Mini Bus, City Bus, and Coaches) 
• Preparing BOM and detailing each non-standard part on drawing sheets
• Programming Control units that mannages Stop buttons using HDL
